In a world filled with constant distractions and external pressures, it's easy for young people to lose touch with their inner selves. This can lead to a sense of disconnect and self-doubt. Our upcoming event is designed to help youth cut through the noise and rediscover the core goodness that lies within them.
Awareness (A)
Notice thoughts, emotions, and sensations without immediate judgment—build presence and a pause before you react. A ~45-minute experiential foundation for the rest of interACT.
Contemplation: What are my qualities?
Experience innate qualities through guided contemplation, clarify self-worth versus self-esteem, confidence, and respect, and begin a gentle daily practice—in about 45 minutes.
Transformative Silence (T)
Go beyond outer quiet—freedom from draining thoughts, clearer judgment under pressure, steadier attention, and bringing stillness into everyday habits. Typically ~45 minutes; builds on Awareness and Contemplation.
